Resistance band work outs are all the rage, but finding the right book for you may be difficult, so we are going to help you out a little. This book like many is good for maintaining strong, lean muscles groups.
What makes this book work?
The size of this book is nice. It is small book, and easy to keep within reach as you go through the exercises. There is not any other equipment to buy besides a variety of stretch tubing (or bands). The resistance handbook explains how to create, and use your door attachment.
In the book each targeted exercise has its own dedicated page, and describes each exercise well, but also provides safety tips to protect beginners and advanced users alike on maintaining proper form to prevent injury. Warm up stretching is encouraged, and a sample routine is included as part of the book. First there are a dozen stretches listed and displayed by a model. Then the exercises for: chest, shoulders, rotator cuff, back, biceps, triceps, forearms, core, and legs. This book offers a section on rotator cuff exercises that can be helpful for someone recovering from a rotator cuff injury.

Nice little book, that does not overwhelm the reader. The Great Stretch Tubing Handbook small size could be its downfall, it you have any visual problems. Otherwise hand work book with well layed out exercises is an inexpensive and helpful book to learn resistance band exercises.
