Our Book Review:
This is a great book that is a complete collection of exercise drawings designed to help professional trainers, rehabilitation specialists, or people who are prescribed exercises using resistive band for the hospital, home, or work. The book is stuffed with roughly three hundred illustrations, the majority of which show both the start and end position for each exercise.
They are well done, well illustrated so that anyone can follow, and benefit from the resistance band exercises. Each exercise is restricted to one full-page illustration, and the writer states the purpose and instruction for each exercise. There’s also space on each page for the therapist to pen individualized instructions or cares. The text for each exercise is simple to read. A well thought out and very useful for a novice or the most experienced rehabilitation therapist.
