If you can’t afford a personal trainer than this is the book for you. Your own mini trainer guiding you through work outs with resistance bands, and stability balls. Meal plans, and exercise guide is easy to read and very well illustrated. This resistance band book will keep you busy for a full three weeks, but the author does not leave you there, she gives you sensible advice to keep your routine going beyond the 3 week challenge. The book offers 5 resistance band, stability ball cardio routines, plus chapters on abdominals workout, lower body workout, and upper body workout with the resistance bands and stability ball.
What makes this book work?
Book provides varied work out routines, and diet guide. Recipes, workout guide, motivational, and simple to follow. If you have 12 minutes a day you can tone and shape your body, if you have time for the longer resistance band, stability ball routine workout you’re going to see more fat loss, and get a serious low impact workout that will definitely have you slimmer and stronger. The only criticism I have for this book and others is to provide a large full pull out resistance band work out guide that can be taped up on a wall, so that you don’t have to keep flipping around pages to see if you are doing the exercises correctly.
If you are someone who is stressed out and too busy with work and family to have time to get in a full forty five minutes to an hour workout, this handy book makes it possible for anyone who has 12 minutes to spare to start seeing results, stay healthy, and get stronger it a very short amount of time.
