What makes this DVD work? How about 55 customer reviews. Go check them out yourself. This is a great workout DVD that definetly tones, and shape. The abdominal workout is probably in my top favorites, and great for the ladies fighting the muffin top. Great upper body workout, and all though the DVD is fast paced once you get in the grove it is simple to follow. Big thumbs up, this DVD  delivers l0 Minute Solution delivers the goods.
